Position Summary:
 
Enter Medicare coverage criteria to appropriate compliance table databases in a timely accurate manner.  Review, research, and assist internal and external clients with LMRP issues\questions.
   
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Format Policy data into required formats. 
  • Maintain Compliance database as needed
  • Maintain a high level of Quality Assurance, by demonstrating first time accuracy in all the operations and tasks 
  • Research and resolve client issues in a timely manner  Make necessary changes, additions, and/or corrections to client information in CRM 
  • Assist in the distribution of LMRP Policy Data to clients per pre-defined schedule 
  • Consults with 
    • Tables LMRP Department SME 
    • All members of the Tables LMRP Department 
    • Support Delivery/Product Delivery Departments
  • Other duties as assigned

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A 

Qualifications:  

  • Must posses one of the following: a CCS, a CPC, an RHIT, or an RHIA credential through AHIMA
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
  • Detail oriented with demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of general Windows environment
  • Experience in the following is a plus
  • PC Anywhere
  • WebEx
  • Microsoft Access
  • SQL dB
