Summary

The Banking Solutions Project Managers will have overall accountability for the development and delivery of standardized best practices and processes of a highly complex nature that will involve cross functional enabling processes as well as multi-year projects of both strategic and tactical nature.

Responsibilities include creation of plans, schedules and resource planning for individual projects and for development of an overall banking solution program. The person in this role will assist with building of a banking segment team for CareMedic. The candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Development of the Banking Partner Program to include:
    • Development of the Banking Program structure, offerings, packing, pricing and responsibilities matrix.
    • Approval of and status communication of the program to CareMedic executives
    • Managing the ordering, delivery and payment processes and procedures with the bank partners
    • Resolution of issues among multiple CareMedic organizations and the bank partners.
    • Meeting all Banking revenue and margin objectives.
    • Creating and tracking of banking program economies including staffing, budget, vendors, resources, and risks
    • Working to define the CareMedic banking program development, support and implementation structure and staffing.
    • Assuring contracting and billing processes are established, functioning and that all banking billing is being performed correctly.
    • Channel Conflict Management definition and responsibility
  • Management of key banking partner relationships to include:
    • Working with banking end user customers to identify and clarify their individual business requirements.
    • Working with the banking end user customer’s contract terms and conditions
    • Development of banking marketing programs and materials
    • Training of banking partner sales teams on the CareMedic Banking solutions
    • Assuring the service levels defined in the banking agreements are met
    • Planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting banking partner end user customer implementation plans and progress
    • Resolution and/or escalation of issues in a timely fashion.
    • Compliance with bank security and other standard policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years experience managing a program of projects, which includes managing a large complex projects in healthcare/banking with high visibility and high cost
  • Certified Project Manager via Project Management Institute - (PMI principles or standard project management methodology)
  • Proficient computer skills with recent working experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
  • Strong analytical, facilitation and relationship management skills
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with remote teams and remote customers
  • Ability to manage a large matrix team to coordinate tasks, keep them focused, address any concerns and ensure that the project is successful
  • Must be a motivated, self starter and aggressive worker
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work and issues leading cross-functional teams (Product, Management, QA, Development, Operations, Implementations and Support) to address business or systems issues.
  • The person in this role must become a subject matter expert on projects that they lead or work on. This person will be accountable for multiple projects at one time. They must be able to effectively apply our project management methodology and enforce project standards and best practices.
  • Healthcare revenue cycle/business off experience required.
  • Banking experience a plus.

Education
Bachelor of Science required, Masters preferred
